Ultimately photography is theatre. An actor, therefore, isn’t far removed from where
he or she is comfortable. The resulting images, therefore, are in no way an attempt to
capture the true identity—if there is such a thing—of the actor. Rather, the images
are intended to encapsulate moments of practice and of process.
